Question: Where is the seminar normally held?
Answer:        
Arrow's seminars are normally held at the following venue in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya.

Question: What are the class hours?
Answer:             
Seminar begins at 9.00 am and ends at 5.00 pm.  Registration begins at 8.30 am to 9.00 am.  A morning and afternoon tea break will be at 10.15 am and 3.30 pm, and an hour lunch break at 1.00 pm.

 

Question: What is included in the seminar fee?
Answer:       
Course fee includes 2 tea breaks (morning and afternoon), a lunch, course material and certificate of attendance.

 

Question: 
How to register for the seminar? Will I receive a confirmation?
Answer:                         
You can send in your registration form to our fax number at 03-40427309 or email us at training@arrow-training.com.my or arrow.training@gmail.com . You will receive an invoice indicating course fee, seminar date and hotel information by fax or email. A final confirmation of the seminar will send to you by fax or email about two weeks prior to the seminar. .

 

Question: How much do your seminars cost?
Answer:      

This will depend on the type of courses being offered. The range of our course fees are as follow -:
1-day course – RM 600
2-days course –RM1,000, RM1,200 and RM 1,500

We do offered early discount if payment is made at least 3 weeks before the event and a group discount ranging from 10 - 15% if there are 3 or more participants from the same company. Please refer to our brochure for more complete information.

 

Question:  What forms of payment are accepted?
Answer:              
We accept cash or cheque for payment of our course fee. You can make payment by sending us a cheque or you may bank the cheque into our bank account. Cheque is make payable to Arrow Training Sdn. Bhd. and deposit into our bank account number 514141627686  with Maybank or 1406-052-838-5052 with CIMB Bank.

 

Question: What are the CPD hours for a course?
Answer: For 1-day course, the CPD hours are 8 hours and 16 hours for 2-days course.

 

Question: Are your seminars and workshops recognized by my professional bodies for CPE compliance purposes?
Answer:        
Our courses are recognized by the various professional bodies for CPD or CPE purposes. Participants must ensure that the course signed up is relevant for that purpose.

 

Question: Are your seminars/workshops claimable under HRDF?
Answer:                       
Our seminars or workshops meet the requirements of HRDF and are claimable for HRDF purpose under the-SBL scheme. To make a claim under the SBL scheme, you will need to submit your application to HRDC and obtain their prior approval before the seminar. You are advised to check with the HRDF / PSMB for further information.

 

Question: How should I dress for the seminar?
Answer:          
Office attire is acceptable. We recommend that you dress comfortable and anticipate varied temperatures in training rooms or venue.

 

Question: When is the deadline for registering for public program?
Answer:                        
The deadline for registering for our seminars is 1 week before the date of the event, or when maximum capacity of seminar class is reached, whichever is earlier. We would advise that you register early and to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount.

 

Question: How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled program?
Answer:          
We will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation).

 

Question: What is the substitute / cancellation / transfer / refund policy?
Answer:                           

Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed provided that ARROW is notified prior to the seminar start date.

Cancellations
Cancellations received up to 7 working days prior to the seminar start date will be entitled to a full refund of the registration. After this period, all cancellations will be subject to the entire registration fee. If a cancellation notice is received less than 7 working days before the event, a RM100 administration fee will be charge. If there is a group of participants more than 3 and above, cancellations are not allowed and you may only transfer.

Transferring
You may transfer your registration to an upcoming scheduled seminar by notifying ARROW at any time prior to the seminar start date. You may transfer once at no cost. A fee will be assessed for each additional transfer.

Refund
In the event of cancellation by ARROW, all fees will be refunded in full, or the participant may reschedule to the next available seminar.
