What are the class hours?

Seminar begins at 9.00 am and ends at 5.00 pm. Registration begins at 8.30 am to 9.00 am. A morning and afternoon tea break will be at 10.15 am and 3.30 pm, and an hour lunch break at 1.00 pm.

What is included in the seminar fee?

Course fee includes 2 tea breaks (morning and afternoon), a lunch, course material and certificate of attendance.

How to register for the seminar? Will I receive a confirmation?

You can send in your registration form to our fax number at 03-40427309 or email us at training@arrow-training.com.my or arrow.training@gmail.com. You will receive an invoice indicating course fee, seminar date and hotel information by fax or email. A final confirmation of the seminar will send to you by fax or email about two weeks prior to the seminar.

How much do your seminars cost?

This will depend on the type of courses being offered. The range of our course fees are as follow -:

1-day course – RM 800
2-days course – RM1,350 , RM 1,500 and RM 1800

We do offered early discount if payment is made at least 3 weeks before the event and a group discount ranging from 10% if there are 3 or more participants from the same company. Please refer to our brochure for more complete information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash or cheque for payment of our course fee. You can make payment by sending us a cheque or you may bank the cheque into our bank account. Cheque is make payable to Arrow Training Sdn. Bhd.and deposit into our bank account number 514141627686 with Maybank or  80-0019841-1 with CIMB Bank.

What are the CPD hours for a course?

For 1-day course, the CPD hours are 8 hours and 16 hours for 2-days course.

How should I dress for the seminar?

Office attire is acceptable. We recommend that you dress comfortable and anticipate varied temperatures in training rooms or venue.

What is the medium of instruction?

English is the medium of instruction for all courses conducted by us. Many of our facilitators are bi-lingual and explanation can be made in Bahasa and/or Mandarin for the benefit of participants.

When is the deadline for registering for public program?

The deadline for registering for our seminars is 1 week before the date of the event, or when maximum capacity of seminar class is reached, whichever is earlier. We would advise that you register early and to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount.

ow will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled program?

We will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation).

What is the substitute / cancellation / transfer / refund policy?


Substitutions are allowed provided that ARROW is notified prior to the seminar start date.


Cancellations received up to 7 working days prior to the seminar start date will be entitled to a full refund of the registration. After this period, all cancellations will be subject to the entire registration fee. If a cancellation notice is received less than 7 working days before the event, a RM150 administration fee will be charge. If there is a group of participants more than 3 and above, cancellations are not allowed and you may only transfer.


You may transfer your registration to an upcoming scheduled seminar by notifying ARROW at any time prior to the seminar start date. You may transfer once at no cost. A fee will be assessed for each additional transfer.


In the event of cancellation by ARROW, all fees will be refunded in full, or the participant may reschedule to the next available seminar.

How do I get to the training venue in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya?

The hotel is located in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur and also in the heart of the shopping district. The Twin Towers and KL Tower is within a stone throw of the hotel and with shopping centres like Sungai Wang, Lot Ten, and Times Square in the vicinity. The KL Mono-Rail Station in located within walking distance of the hotel.

If you are coming in by air through KLIA or LCCT, you may use the following mode of transport to the hotel.

Express Rail Link – Takes just 28 minutes to Kuala Lumpur
Coaches / bus services
If you are using coach or bus services and ERL-Express, it is most likely that your journey from the airport (KLIA or LCCT) would end at KL Sentral Station or also known as KL City Air Terminal.
You may continue your journey by getting a taxi or board the KL Monorail located outside the Sentral Station.

We would recommend that you only board the monorail if you are travelling light otherwise using a taxi would be most appropriate.

There are many hotels from budget to 5 Star rating in the city and many are also conveniently located within the vicinity of our training venue – Park Royal, Prince or JW Marriott. Of course, participants may also opt to stay at these hotels if convenience is a key factor. Please access the many online portals available or through the hotel’s website direct.
